PPA description
Updated libraries including icu 74.1, boost 1.83.0 built against icu 74.1. Packages can be sloppy (could make problems for distribution upgrade), especially dev-packages, so it is reccomended to install in a separate develop environment (schroot or similar.) Shared libraries should be safer.
