movie2dng (0.10) lucid; urgency=low

  * better movie handling with new iterator-like interface.
  * read/write from/to standard input/output, use filename as '-' to read from stdin and
    --stdout to output to stdout.
  * JPEG output, writes deblocked JPEG file (no demosaicing, just gray single-component JPEG for now).
    Use --jpeg and control quality with --jpeg-quality N, default is 100.
    EXIF from JP4 is included on the JPEG.
  * --shift N is back, use it to override bayer shift.
  * --pgm is back, write 16-bit ASCII PGM, mostly for debug.
  * Add a PHP script interface to movie2dng. http://server/jp4-proxy.php?url=http://camera_ip:8081/bimg
    will fetch the given frame from imgsrv, pass it through movie2dng and return a image/jpeg stream
     that could be used in a HTML page, with <img> tag.
