  * Simplify dependencies on hdf5 and h5py, related to MPI
    + d/p/h5py-always-use-mpi.patch: Drop patch
    + d/control:
      - Drop (build-)dependencies on both libhdf5-mpi-dev and
        python3-h5py-mpi.
      - Add versioned (build-)dependency (>= 3.9.0-4) on python3-h5py. This
        version of h5py contains a fallback mechanisms in both cases, when
        either python3-h5py-serial or python3-h5py-mpi are absent from the
        system.
      - Suggests libhdf5-mpi-dev and python3-h5py-mpi
