valgrind-if-available (3.18.1+22.04.sav0) jammy; urgency=medium

  * debian/control: Change Architecture Any -> All so that this meta-package
    is usable for i386 builds (package is not on Launchpad i386 whitelist) and
    remove arch-specific dependencies from valgrind for meta-package, which in
    effect defeats the purpose of this package (by building for all arch) but
    allows backports of new packages with BD on valgrind-if-available to work
    for all architectures supported by SavOS PPAs (currently amd64 and i386)
