ubuntu-keyring (2023.11.28.1~20.04.sav1) focal; urgency=medium

  * Restore ubuntu-keyring-2012-archive.gpg snippet (needed for older series)
    and to show correct Ubuntu developer signing (see build logs to confirm):
    - From src:ubuntu-keyring 2020.02.11.2 package restore the following:
      - keyrings folder as keyring0, SHA512SUMS.txt.asc as SHA512SUM0.txt.asc
    - debian/rules: Duplicate entire checkkeyrings target as checkkeyring0,
        changing SHA512SUMS -> SHA512SUM0 for the older keyring checksums
      - Rename keyrings -> keyring1 and keyring0 -> keyrings prior to running
        verification for old restored keyrings from 2020.02.11.2 package, and
        then restore original directory names after the verification is done
    - d/ubuntu-keyring.install: Add keyring0/ubuntu-keyring-2012-archive.gpg
