PPA description
Backport of gcc 9.3.0 and gcc-defaults 1.185.1ubuntu2 for Xenial & Bionic.

Note well: This PPA will install GCC 9.3.0 and set the system GCC defaults to version 9.3.0 also! You have been informed. Do these steps if you want this:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:savoury1/
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
