  * Backport to Focal
  * Revert "Drop python2 support" (adjust in line with Py3 packaging changes):
    + debian/patches/: Add restore-python-27-support.patch with patch to fix
      Python 2.7 support (thanks gvanem who commented on issue #617 at GitHub)
    + debian/{control,/tests/*}: Only test Python 3 due missing Python 2 deps
  * Due FTBFS with two tests failing (tests/failonerror_test.py) caused by
    Curl >= 7.75.0 no longer providing HTTP reason phrases with HTTP errors:
    - debian/patches/: Add fix-failonerror-tests-with-new-curl.patch
