    - Completely quite-nize the applet when --verbose not given (Issue 406)
    - Added some translations
    - Updated some translations

  * Improved packaging:
    - remove patches already applied upstream.
    - Try to get rid of vala build-dependency.
    - Add a watch file.
    - Adjusted copyright: GPLv2 for the code except for the files in the vapi
      dir which is LGPLv2.
    - Make the dependency on xfce4-panel-dev versioned.
