Speect release packages:

libspct - Speect Engine library.
libspct-py-native - Python <-> Speect Engine native interface.
libspct-plugins-base - Base plug-ins (includes plug-ins for
                          hts_engine versions 1.03, 1.04 and 1.05).
python-speect - Python bindings.
