  * Update to new features in speedy-ocr 0.2.0
  - Will now open RTF files in either Libre Office or
    Open Office, whichever is present.
  - Added the ocropus OCR engine, which haspage layout and
    has improved accuracy and better HOCR output tags.
  - Added support for image PDF, Postscript and
    multi-page TIFF  as input files.
  - Added '-start-page=<integer>' command line option
  - Now calculates and reports the total number of pages.
  - Join of HTML/HOCR files now merges properly.
