Ubuntu-be needs a forum
Over time the discussion about the need for Ubuntu-be to have a forum a spawned many times in the mailing list. Recently, an effort has been made to organize regular IRC meetings to organize our members' activities more efficiently.
On several occasions, the concern that not all of us are able to attend these meeting and a thus left outside the organization and decision process has been raised. And for many, the mailing list is also too chaotic or complex as a medium to support the discussions needed to allow those who cant or don't want to attend IRC meetings to involve them self in the process.
A forum may help with this issue as it will provides an easier platform for discussions. So we should give it try and open a forum.
