upstart (0.6.3-10ubuntu1~cross1) karmic; urgency=low

  * When cross-compiling, build nih-dbus-tool for the build system first and
    use it as NIH_DBUS_TOOL in the main host build.
  * udev/Makefile.am: use NIH_DBUS_TOOL instead of
    $(top_builddir)/nih-dbus-tool/nih-dbus-tool here too.
  * Don't try to run tests when cross-compiling.
