To add the testing (but stable) 4+ versions of Wallch, add the repository:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:wallch/wallch-4.0

To add the daily Wallch PPA (have the latest code changes within 24hours), add the repository:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:wallch/wallch-daily

then install Wallch:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install wallch
