PPA description
PHP ( 5.4.x ) Backported from Quantal with minimal/no changes unless necessary for the build/install to function, this way no new regressions are introduced, or the possibly is kept to a minimum.
sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:webstack/php
sudo apt-get -y update
sudo apt-get -y install php5-cli php5-fpm php5-common && sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade
