Xubuntu default panel layout

Which _default_ panel layout do you feel Xubuntu should employ?

Xfce4 CDE: One panel that does *not* span the entire length of the bottom of the screen. Example screen shot: http://www.xfce.org/images/about/screenshots/4.4-4.png

Gnome (Current Xubuntu layout): Two panels, one on top and one on bottom. Both panels span the length of the screen. Example screen shot: http://www.xubuntu.org/files/thunar.png

Windows: One panel on the bottom spanning the entire length of the screen. Example screen shot: http://www.xfce.org/images/about/screenshots/4.4-3.png

Please note: Disregard the applets in the example screen shots. We're only looking at the placement of the panel. Also note, this poll is for informational purposes only.
