great improvements/cleanups all around:
- unsubscribe all pubsubs in setUp of model tests, to fix many issues, thanks Karel
- proper parenting of transactions on add/remove
- don't append the transaction if transactions aren't loaded, fixes LP: 347385
  - allowed for not loading transactions at all on add, which means no loading transactions for unviewed accounts (such as on a move/transfer)
- some minor testing fixes
