Bindwood now properly captures information about the bookmark whether bookmarks are created via "New Bookmark" or "Bookmark this Page".

We now thoroughly capture bookmarks in subfolders of the three main bookmarks folders: the toolbar, the bookmarks menu, and the unfiled folder.

We now use the record type schema specified by Desktop Couch.

We minimize network traffic when updates to bookmarks are only locally pertinent.
