Grub installs to wrong drive

Bug Description
Installing 12.10 Xubuntu daily.
Choose install to whole drive, picked sdc.
Grub installed into sdb - on reboot newly installed system not booting. Grub from previous 12.04 in sda used.
(if of any help a bootscript attached )
