FWTS now appends .log to all log names

Bug Description
There appears to be a change in the behaviour of FWTS, where it is now appending the suffix '.log' to all of the log files it generates. This throws off some of the attachment jobs, so needs to be changed to make sure no logs are missed.

Ok, it seems this only happens if the log does not already have the suffix, so we should just update the jobs to always use this suffix. Some of them already do.
