In debugging this with Betty, I was not able to reproduce the wireless_ before_ suspend failure. However it's incorrect now for suspend_advanced to depend on wireless_ before_ suspend - this was just a bad way to get it to run in the right order. In fact it should only depend on power-managemen t/rtc, since that's the only thing that actually has to work for it to run.
