manual partitioning fails to create a partition table

Bug Description

The daily ISO doesn't allow manual creation of partition tables, it takes you back to the same screen and every time you select new partition table the options are increased(see included screencap). all other options remain unclickable.
The no creating bug is fixed, i am making a new bug for the second half

The 20121204 current iso for Lubuntu has the same failure as expected.
