Bug Description

When I set up a new printer the procedure to find the best driver, GetBestDrivers of system-config-printer's D-Bus service is called twice. This one sees especially if one sets up a printer for which no driver is available. One sees this by the "Searching for Drivers" wait pop-up (system-config-printer 1.3.11+20120807-0ubuntu12 needed, Raring fully updated) appearing twice.

This is a regression compared to Quantal. There system-config-printer was used which did it correctly.
