Bug Description
I had byobu set to start automatically when I log in to a terminal. Today when I logged out of Unity and logged back in again, lightdm would turn black, and then put me back into lightdm.
My xsession-errors reported this:
/usr/sbin/
Turning off byobu's automatic start, allowed me to log in to the gui again.
