Bug Description
Test-case name: empathy/emp-003
depends: empathy/emp-001
depends: empathy/emp-002
This test will check that Empathy can send messages via IRC
Look for Terminal and launch it
Terminal is opened
Type 'sudo apt-get install account-plugin-irc'
Authenticate when Terminal ask for
'account-
Results: package account-plugin-irc does not install, apt-get indicates the package doesn't exist. An apt-cache search for irc does not show it either.

Hmm, http:// packages. ubuntu. com/search? keywords= account- plugin- irc&searchon= names&suite= all§ion= all. The package requires universe to be enabled. We should note this or warn folks somehow in order to not cause confusion if universe is NOT enabled (aka, live session)
