Bug Description

Test-case name: empathy/emp-003

depends: empathy/emp-001
depends: empathy/emp-002
This test will check that Empathy can send messages via IRC

Look for Terminal and launch it
Terminal is opened
Type 'sudo apt-get install account-plugin-irc'
Authenticate when Terminal ask for
'account-plugin-irc' should be installed

Results: package account-plugin-irc does not install, apt-get indicates the package doesn't exist. An apt-cache search for irc does not show it either.

Hmm, http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=account-plugin-irc&searchon=names&suite=all&section=all. The package requires universe to be enabled. We should note this or warn folks somehow in order to not cause confusion if universe is NOT enabled (aka, live session)

Resolved by either performing an install, thus opening up universe sources, or enabling universe in software-sources. Tested on full install, able to find and install the package.
