Bug Description
The CJK testcase has the steps in the wrong order.. It assumes the timezone screen comes before the install screen, etc. The order needs to be corrected.
In addition the following details need addressed:
-- "Restart system" needs translated for all languages
-- "Window Names" need translated for all languages, for example the "Keyboard Select" screen should have it's window title translated and part of the testcase
-- Menu entries for some languages (chinese, etc) need translated
