Just as the title says. I upgraded via "update-manager -d -c" and still get the Alpha warning.

This should have been updated when the Beta first came out but wasn't and I don't think it is worth another upload to fix this. The ReleaseAnnouncement itself is fine and you can confirm this by viewing it at:

http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/raring/main/dist-upgrader-all/current/ReleaseAnnouncement
