Thin client doesn't reach login screen on ltsp-live

Bug Description

On Edubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander) Beta 1 candidate images, the ltsp-live thin clients go in a loop where it seems to attempt to restart X.

This happens on amd64 and i386. A fully installed LTSP system works fine.
