Some System Administration Gnome menu items disappears updating from Feisty to Gutsy

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. What process did you use to update to Gutsy? My Gutsy system has both of those items in the System -> Administration Gnome menu. Thanks in advance.

To update Feisty to Gutsy i have made this steps:
sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade; sudo apt-get dist-upgrade; sudo apt-get autoclean; sudo apt-get clean
i changed all reference of feisty to gutsy into /etc/apt/sources.list
and i made sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade; sudo apt-get dist upgrade

If i try to enable/disable menu items from "general menu customization" i can check/uncheck items but changes are not reflected on gnome main menu, i have attached a screenshot oof this.
Even restore default menu setting don't works.
