Bug Description

This is either a bug in click-apparmor or aa-easyprof, but specifying the same policy group multiple times results in the tools adding the policy for the policy group multiple times. May reassign to apparmor later.

This still affects 14.10, but the click-reviewers-tools will complain so in practice, this won't happen on the device.
