Bug Description
On the trusty installer desktop, double-tap drag works to reposition a window, but upon lifting the finger the drag halts immediately. This is very inconvenient when the user wants to drag a window further than the distance available on the trackpad. On Synaptic devices locked drags can be enabled with options "Synaptics Locked Drags" and "LockedDragTime
