NetworkManager aborts when attempting to connect to PPTP VPN server with bogus host name

Hi there
do you still experience this issue with the current version of the application?, could you please try to reproduce this using the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron.

NM now simply tells me:

VPN Login Failure

Could not start the VPN connection 'Fake VPN' due to a login failure.

Bad Username or Password

Even though this is not the case. The host does not exist.

Does not happen for me anymore in NM 0.7 shipped by intrepid
