Bug Description

Since version 0.14, scikit-learn has Python 3 support.
But there's no package for Python 3 in the repo.

scikit-learn 0.17.0-2 which includes python3-sklearn is currently in Xenial-proposed, but it fails to build on some architectures. See https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/scikit-learn/0.17.0-2 for details.

scikit-learn version 0.17.0-4 built successfully, and python3-sklearn is available in Ubuntu 16.04 now. (http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/python3-sklearn)
