Bug Description

When doing a upgrade test for the xubuntu 32 bit net install for 14.10, after enabling "for any new version" in the sources settings and using the main ubuntu servers i get the manager saying i am up to date with my system but there is a new release to be installed, when choosing to do so the terminal dump shows:

gridcube@gridcube-Intel-powered-classmate-PC:~$ update-manager -d -c

** (update-manager:3034): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility bus: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-JRkqLPgKZZ: Conexión rehusada

** (software-properties-gtk:4488): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility bus: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-JRkqLPgKZZ: Conexión rehusada
Comprobar si hay una nueva versión de Ubuntu
No se ha encontrado ninguna edición nueva

last two lines say "checking if there is a new version of ubuntu" and then "no new version has been found" this is false as the previous screen did found a new release, see attached screenshot

doing

DEBUG_UPDATE_MANAGER=1 /usr/bin/do-release-upgrade -d

seems to be working, however i don't know where its dumping the data as it has gone and i can't retrieve the first parts of the logs by scrolling back.

So far its working and its downloading the upgrade files.
