The Unity 8 desktop session dialogs should match what is done in Unity 7

Bug Description
In Unity 7, when you click Log Out in indicator-session, a dialog pops up to ask if the user would like to either Lock the machine or Log Out. Similarly, when Shut Down is chosen, the dialog asks the user to either Reboot or Shut Down.
Currently, in the Unity 8 desktop, indicator-session still only show Log Out and Shut Down, so Reboot is not even possible.
I think Unity 8 should display similar dialogs and offer the same actions as Unity 7, at least for now until we get new input from Design.
