saving profiles with named exec (Px/Cx -> ...) creates invalid profile

Bug Description

When aa-logprof saves a profile that contains a named exec like "/bin/foo Cx -> foo", the new profile gets the arrow duplicated to "-> ->", which is an invalid syntax.

Note: This happens even if the named exec rule isn't touched/changed in the aa-logprof run.
