Create package: Freemind

Release Name: 0.8.0

Notes:
Here are the fresh new Debian packages of FreeMind 0.8.0.
You can download the files from here or put the following lines in your /etc/apt/sources.list:
    deb http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/ experimental/
    deb-src http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/ experimental/
Then call as root 'apt-get update' followed by
'apt-get install freemind/experimental freemind-plugins-help freemind-plugins-svg freemind-plugins-time'
(the plugins are of course optional).

Dependencies:
- libforms-java can be downloaded from here or from the above repository.
- libjcalendar-java is available in Debian/contrib/unstable
- if you want to use the 'help' plugin, you'll need to download JavaHelp
  from Sun's Java site and install the jar file as /usr/local/share/java/jhall.jar
- all other dependencies are available from Debian/stable and above.

Changes:
Well, all changes listed for FreeMind, of course.
In terms of packaging, roughly:
- FreeMind is dependent on a lot more packages
- Added the plugins packages, removed the browser one
- went for the cdbs packaging system (it's OK if you don't understand this one).
