Bug Description
Hello,
I would like cherry pick the following commits from the kernel 4.5 to 4.4 (Ubuntu 16.04):
affddff powerpc/powernv: Add a kmsg_dumper that flushes console output on panic
c88c5d4 powerpc/powernv: Fix OPAL_CONSOLE_FLUSH prototype and usages
This is going to help debugging kernel panic.
Thanks
