Bug Description
Per snappy architects, frameworks are gone in 16.04 in favor of interfaces. This bug is here to track that work.
AIUI, frameworks don't work correctly on 16.04 now anyway so updating the review tools to remove the support. Snapcraft has already removed support for frameworks.
