Bug Description

Version: Ubuntu 7.10

Menu Editor has the following problems:
  1) When checked, menu "Items" occasionally auto-uncheck after a second (or so) delay. What I mean is, I check the item and watch it re-check itself after a second. Very frustrating. [Reproducability - Often but random]
  2) Checking menu "Items" doesn't always actually update the actual Menu Item's visibility and is not synchronized.
     a) Uncheck a menu "Item" and then view the actual menu. Sometimes the menu item is hidden (as expected), but not always. Re-load Menu Editor and it then shows that the menu item is "Checked", even though it is not visible in the actual menu. [Reproducability - Often]
  3) Dragging menu "Items" to new positions in the "Items" list causes the Item to vanish in the Menu Editor. [Reproducability - Always]
  4) Menu "Items" list buttons for "Move Up" and "Move Down" don't do anything. They should move the selected menu "Item" up or down as the button indicates.
