Bug Description

When I Installed Kubuntu 6.06 on a Dual boot system with Windows 98 and Windows 2000, the installer set it up like this: GRUB boots linux or Windows 2000, Windows 2000 boots Windows 2000 or Windows 98. The WIN98 and WIN2000 partitions are FAT32 and the Kubuntu partition is a EXT3 partition. When I tried to start windows98, I got a blinking dot, when I started Windows 2000, it says it cant find ntoskrnl.exe. I think GRUB or the installer corrupted the partitions.
