Bug Description
When installing Feisty onto a SATA hard disk from a USB flash drive, the installer writes the boot loader onto the USB drive, not the hard disk. I think it is looking for the first /dev/sda device and writes the boot sector onto that, but this is the USB drive not the hard disk. To work around this problem I removed the USB drive just before the boot loader gets written and Feisty installed correctly.
