scratches in the video player after waking up the computer

Bug Description

when I wake up my computer, there are micro sound interruptions at regular intervals when I try to play sound in the video player.
Those "scratches " sometimes disappear after a few minutes. Sometimes they remain.
My soundcard is an Audigy soundblaster.
