don't know !
A window popped up after login in my session (login after a restart requested after a partial upgrade).
The window just said that a problem appeared and it was proposed to send information to the support, which I did.

Marking as Invalid because the release is EOL is not correct. Marking as Incomplete. Also, 18.04 is (at the time of writing) still in development, and you should expect some breakage.
