Hello.

File cloud-init/cloudinit/distros/rhel.py has a broken link "# See: http://tiny.cc/6r99fw". Can you put it content somewhere inside repo?

Given where that URL is located in the code, I'm assuming its attempting to reference:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/5/html/Deployment_Guide/ch-sysconfig.html

I guess we could switch to another URL shortner that hopefully won't disappear going forward? :-P

Proposed fix is to remove/fixup all the URL shortened references, as most had become stale.
