Bug Description
I have written a simple countdown timer, which seems to be lacking in Ubuntu distribution for reminder after a certain amount of time. I would love to see it added to the Ubuntu repository and shared with the community.

I have never packaged any thing for Ubuntu.
It requires Java8 installed on the system.
