Note: we will maybe *require* openssl 1.1.x for borgbackup 1.2 because of thread-safety and ciphers offered.

For borg 1.2 *developers*, it would be nice to have openssl 1.1 in ubuntu ASAP.

You may start packaging 1.1 now, but still building all the packages with 1.0. So, who needs 1.1 for their software can use it.
