Bug Description

Binary package hint: mpc123

http://launchpadlibrarian.net/11124206/buildlog_ubuntu-hardy-i386.mpc123_0.2.2-1_FAILEDTOBUILD.txt.gz

Error:

pkgstriptranslations: processing control file: ./debian/mpc123-dbgsym/DEBIAN/control, package mpc123-dbgsym, directory ./debian/mpc123-dbgsym
pkgstriptranslations: mpc123-dbgsym does not contain translations, skipping
pkgstriptranslations: The following PO/POT files are empty. This is known to
cause trouble in the translation importer and generally indicates a package
bug:

./LOCALES/es_ES/LC_MESSAGES/mpc123.po
make: *** [binary-arch] Error 1

It needs a cleanup of empty .po files.

pkgstriptranslations is an Ubuntu-only thing. You might want to follow up on the Debian bug report. It still needs fixing, probably upstream.
