Bug Description

SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The following upstream
stable patches should be included in the Ubuntu kernel:

       upstream stable patchset 2020-02-04

Ported from the following upstream stable releases:
                        v4.19.95, v5.4.10, v5.4.11

All autopkgtests for the newly accepted linux-bluefield (5.0.0-1010.20) for bionic have finished running.
The following regressions have been reported in tests triggered by the package:

fsprotect/unknown (armhf)

Please visit the excuses page listed below and investigate the failures, proceeding afterwards as per the StableReleaseUpdates policy regarding autopkgtest regressions [1].
