Bug Description

System: Ubuntu Kylin 20.04.1
Package: ubiquity
Package-version: 20.04.15

After deleting a partition (say /dev/sda9), the "installed system" just follow the dev name, and since the '/dev/sda9' change to '/dev/sda11', '/dev/sda10' change to '/dev/sda9',so all the “installed system” after /dev/sda9 is wrong.
