Bug Description

With bug 1887459 fixed, this test can be executed properly on s390x.

Issue found on 4.4.0-189.219 LPAR (passed with zVM)
 clock_gettime04.c:155: PASS: CLOCK_REALTIME: Difference between successive readings is reasonable
 clock_gettime04.c:148: FAIL: CLOCK_REALTIME_COARSE: Difference between successive readings greater than 5 ms (2): 10
 clock_gettime04.c:155: PASS: CLOCK_MONOTONIC: Difference between successive readings is reasonable
 clock_gettime04.c:155: PASS: CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE: Difference between successive readings is reasonable

Issue found on 4.15.0-114.115 LPAR / zVM:

Found also on 2022.01.03/trusty/linux-azure/4.15.0-1130.143~14.04.1 (instance Standard_B1ms), although it might be closer to lp:1927733.
